Secretary Tillerson Tells North Korea: We Are Not Your Enemy

In a wide-ranging statement on his first six months in office, Secretary of State Tillerson says there is no future where North Korea holds nuclear weapons. He urges the Chinese to use their influence on the North Korean regime and says the U.S. is not the regime's enemy. and that it does not seek regime change or reunification of the Korean peninsula.
