At his weekly press briefing House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI)
talked about several issues. Among them were Republican legislation
dealing with human trafficking, tax changes for small businesses, and an
amendment in the defense authorization bill that would deny certain
medical treatment for transgender members of the military. He began by
talking about recent flooding in his home state of Wisconsin.
