Russian Interference in the 2016 Election
In his first public appearance since his May 2017 dismissal, former FBI
Director James Comey testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee
on Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. He said
he had no doubt that he was fired for the role he played in the
investigation, and detailed meetings and conversations he had with
President Trump prior to his firing.
