Homeland Security Secretary: Travel Ban Injunctions Hobbling Homeland Security Screening Effort

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly says the current injunctions agains the president's "travel ban" are limiting his and the department's ability to keep "bad actors" from the entering the homeland, adding that he's "not fully confident that we're doing all that we can to weed out potential wrongdoers" from the six countries included in the "travel ban."
