Central New York Nursing Homes with Most, Fewest Complaints

The state Health Department investigates any allegation that a nursing home has violated federal or state regulations, or has provided inadequate care. A complaint may be made by either the resident or a third party, such as a family member or friend.

The following list shows the number of complaints per 100 occupied beds for each Central New York nursing home. The ranking begins with nursing homes with the fewest complaints.

The state Health Department collected the complaint data from Jan. 1, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2016.
