On January 19, at 10:00 a.m., elected officials and anti-violence representatives will take part in a press conference in front of New York's City Hall.
Those attending the conference include Erica Ford, CEO
of LIFE Camp, Inc., Councilwoman Vanessa Gibson, Assemblyman Michael
Blake, A.T. Mitchell from Man Up, Inc., members of SOS (Save our
Streets) and other citywide anti-violence
advocates.
The groups are uniting to send a message to President-elect Trump, the members of his Administration, and the community by calling
for peace and a unified effort to end gun violence throughout the country.
