Former President George W. Bush on Human Rights in North Korea

 

Former President George W. Bush spoke about the effect of the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004, followed by a panel discussion on the foreign policy priorities of the incoming Trump administration and the 115th Congress. 

“The Human Rights and Security Nexus” was a panel of “Light Through the Darkness: A Forum on Freedom in North Korea,” a George W. Bush Institute forum on U.S. policy toward North Korea and national security.
