This 1992 video is in response to multiple news reports that President-elect Donald Trump is considering Rudy Giuliani for the position of U.S. Attorney General.
Given that 2017 will mark the 25th anniversary of the extremely controversial incident showcased in the video, which further eroded the relationship between the New York City Police Department and communities of color, From The G-Man would be derelict in its service to the Harlem community and the country if it did not share this report. Moreover, it is critically important when you consider there are millions in the city of New York and around the country that are not aware of the event.
The Giuliani Files will consist of archived news reports from some of the country's best independent and mainstream news agencies. Its purpose is not to malign Mr. Giuliani's character. The sole purpose is to provide the public with information on his political views and record of governance as a former City of New York official, particularly where the Black community is concerned.
