Ellen Gilmer, Legal Reporter for EnergyWire, talked about protests to oppose the construction of the
Dakota Access Pipeline on tribal lands in North Dakota. Members of the
Standing Rock Sioux Tribe were leading the demonstrations over water
quality concerns.
