Billionaire venture capitalist and PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel spoke
about his support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump at
an event hosted by the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Mr. Thiel,
who officially endorsed Mr. Trump at the Republican National Convention
in July, said he had a strong bias for outsider candidates and would
have preferred a contest between Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump. Later,
he answered questions on the future of media, his relationships with
others in Silicon Valley, and the Hulk Hogan sex-tape case.
