The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt,
a case challenging the constitutionality of a Texas law that imposed
new rules for abortion clinics and doctors. The rules forced clinics to
close, thereby narrowing access to abortion services.
This program
contains the audio recording released by the court. Still images of
participants were shown on the screen as they spoke. Justice Thomas did
not speak.
