North Korea Opens Biggest Political Gathering in Nearly 4 Decades

For the first time in nearly 40 years, North Korea is holding a congress of its ruling Workers’ Party. It’s a rare look inside the country as leader Kim Jong Un meets with top officials amid speculation that a new generation of leaders could soon be put into place. NBC chief global correspondent Bill Neely reports from Pyongyang.
