Tracy Jones is a member of the National Police Athletics/Activities Leagues, Inc. (PAL), which exists to prevent juvenile crime and violence by providing civic, athletic, recreational and educational opportunities and resources to PAL Chapters. PAL is based on the conviction that young people - if they are reached early enough - can develop strong positive attitudes towards police officers in their journey through life toward the goal of maturity and good citizenship. The PAL program brings youth under the supervision and positive influence of a law enforcement agency and expands public awareness about the role of a police officer and the reinforcement of the responsible values and attitudes instilled in young people by their parents.

In 2013, National PAL partnered with My Life My Power (MLMP), which is a worldwide Anti-Bullying and Youth Development 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 2010 by Daniel Puder, who is an Undefeated Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and Champion of WWE's $1,000,000 Tough Enough Competition. MLMP is positively impacting the lives of youth across the world by changing their mindset to build up their self-esteem and give them purpose and fulfillment! MLMP's vision is to truly empower youth and adults toward having the intrinsic motivation to achieve success - it begins with having Hope, a Plan, and a Friend!
