Spokesman Josh Earnest briefed reporters and responded to questions on a
variety of topics, including the February 2016 jobs numbers, the
president’s upcoming trip to Cuba, North Korea, the Zika virus, and the
presidential election. Responding to a question on whether the president
watched the Republican debate the previous evening, Mr. Earnest
stressed that President Obama strongly believed that Donald Trump would
not be the next president.
