Martin Shkreli Pleads the Fifth

Former Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli invokes the Fifth Amendment and refuses to testify at a House hearing on increases in prescription drug prices. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chair Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) and Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) urge him to speak. He replies, "I intend to follow to advice of my counsel, not yours." Mr. Shkreli was called to testify after his company hiked the price of a drug used to treat toxoplasmosis by more than 5,500 percent.
