“The number of ceasefire violations have been clearly reduced since
the middle of August […] when the peak of violations was the most
kinetic activity in the summer,” Alexander Hug, Deputy Chief Monitor of
the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, told euronews in an exclusive interview.
