‘Turkey will regret it’, said Vladimir Putin.
In his annual Presidential Address to the Russian Federal Assembly in
Moscow, he expressed surprise at the action by the important trading
partner and regional power, saying he doesn’t understand why Turkey
decided to shoot down a Russian fighter plane last week near the
Syrian-Turkish border.
