Redditt Hudson, who left the St. Louis police force in 1999 to address
what he considered systemic problems in the criminal justice system,
spoke to students at the University of Delaware about institutional
racism in the criminal justice system.
This was part of the 2015 National Agenda Speaker and Film Series, “Race in America.”
