House Majority Leader McCarthy (R-CA), who is running to be the next
speaker of the House, defends the existence of the House Benghazi
Committee. House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) also discusses criticism of
Representative McCarthy's comments on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, saying, "There is not one
American who, in the course of their lifetime, wouldn't rather have the
opportunity to say words over again."
