Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Representative Elijah Cummings (D-MD)
held a forum to explore how federal investments into scientific research
could impact the middle class. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich
(R-GA) was the first presenter and was followed by a panel of
academics. This event is the sixth is a series of forums organized as
part of Warren’s and Cummings' Middle Class Prosperity Project.
