Black South Africans Await Land Reforms


Almost 20 years after the end of apartheid, black landless South Africans are angry over the government's failure to address their concerns. They say they are still waiting for promised reforms to take place. The government had planned to buy land from white farmers and give it to landless blacks, but the program is not working. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Johannesburg.
