Obama and Christie Inspect Storm Damage in New Jersey

Barack Obama, US president, has been meeting the people whose lives were turned upside down by the storm that tore through the US east coast. On Wednesday, the president went to New Jersey to assess the damage from Sandy. For some political watchers though, the man by his side during his stop in New Jersey has proven dubious. Chris Christie, Republican governor of the Garden State, has praised Obama's response to the storm that has killed at least 62 people. Critics however, question the praise coming from Christie, who was the keynote speaker at this year's Republican National Convention where he backed Obama's rival Mitt Romney for the US presidency. Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports from Atlantic City.
