Capability of Congolese Army Put into Question

As M23 fighters prepare to exit the east, the capability of Congolese soldiers, who may be sent to areas once controlled by the group, have been called into question. With modest pay and questions of discipline, morale in the army is said to be low. Now, the army must work to not face the kind of defeat they saw when they lost the regional capital of Goma to the fighters. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Kinshasa.
