Ambulance Services at Breaking Point in Aleppo


As the fighting intensifies in Syria, medical services are fully stretched. But nowhere more so than in Aleppo, where they're at breaking point. Now a civilian organisation calling itself "Sedk," the Arabic word for honesty, is setting up a special ambulance service. Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons joined them for a day.
