In India, fears of the growing risks from Dengue fever are on the rise after the death of a celebrity film-maker. The infection is regarded as a major international health concern with at least two and a half billion people around the world are at risk from being infected. Al Jazeera's Sohail Rahman reports from New Delhi, which has seen a sharp rise in Dengue cases this year.
