Polls Close in Belarus Election Amid Boycott

Voting has ended in Belarus' parliamentary election. The election commission says the vote was valid as a majority of voters cast their ballots despite boycott calls. But independent monitors are suggesting a far lower turnout. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Minsk.
