New Somali Parliament Sworn In

After years of turmoil, Somalia's first formal parliament in two decades has been sworn in. It's hoped a new President can be chosen in the next few weeks. The transitional govt has been in power since 2004. It's been criticized for being corrupt and failing to improve security. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Mogadishu.
