The UN's joint envoy to Syria says Iran can play a positive role resolving the crisis in Syria. Kofi Annan met Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi in Tehran, trying to build support for a new agreement with Syria's President Bashar al Assad. Al Jazeera's Cal Perry reports.
