New Plan Fails to Curb Syria Violence


One of Syria's main opposition groups, the Syrian National Council (SNC) says it will not work with President Bashar al-Assad in a potential transitional government. This announcement came after foreign ministers at a UN meeting in Geneva agreed on Saturday to a new peace plan that leaves open a possible role for Assad in a post-conflict Syria.
