Libya Justice System Stagnant Despite Funding


Libya holds national elections in less than a week, and one of the challenges facing the new government will be upgrading the justice system. The country is spending millions to fix its prisons and courts to meet international standards, but many men have spent a year or more behind bars, with no idea when they might face court. Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from Misrata.
