Kenyan Mau Mau Want Britain to Admit Torture, Other Abuses


The Mau Mau of Kenya say the British government has a duty to be open about the crimes it commited against the group in the 1950s. At that time, the Mau Mau endured torture at the hands of the British and tens of thousands of people were forced into detention camps. Now, surivivors want the government to take responsibility for its actions. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports
