Troops Restore Calm in Northern Lebanon

Calm has been restored in the Lebanese city of Tripoli after fifteen people were killed over the last two days. Troops moved in early on Sunday morning to stop fighting between rival gunmen. There is no armed presence in the streets But the guns and the fighters haven't gone away. The conflict's believed to be a spillover from Syria.
