"New Year's Rockin' Eve" and "American Bandstand" Host Died of Cardiac Arrest
Television host and producer Dick Clark died today after suffering a massive heart attack after undergoing a medical procedure. He was 82.
Clark became a television icon after hosting the long-running "American Bandstand" and the "$10,000 Pyramid", of which several versions were produced.
