Rev. Al Sharpton, Spike Lee and Cast of 'Chi-Raq' Will Lead March to #EndGunViolence

 
Spike Lee’s new film "Chi-Raq" premieres tonight at the Ziegfeld Theatre. The movie calls attention to the gun violence crisis in Chicago and nationwide. 

Following the premiere, actors, NAN members and anti-violence advocates and the public will participate in an “Orange March” from the theater to a rally in Times Square  – a show of support to #EndGunViolence; participants will wear orange – the color that has come to symbolize gun violence prevention. 

The march begins after the film outside of the theatre on 54th Street between 6th and 7thAvenues.
