President Obama talked about his vision for reforming the criminal
justice system and reducing the sentences of non-violent drug
offenders. He delivered these brief remarks during a visit to El Reno
Federal Correctional Institution, a medium-security prison for male
offenders near Oklahoma City. He was the first sitting president to
visit a federal prison.
