Demonstrations in Cairo against an anti-Islam film have entered their fourth day. In the past, Egypt has been a strong political ally of the United States, and it continues to receive more than one billion dollars in aid each year. But the latest wave of violence is putting a strain on the relationship. President Obama said, "I don't think that -- we would consider them an ally. But we don't consider them an enemy."
