In South Korea, the youth unemployment rate is double the national average. Many young Koreans find it difficult to find a job after they graduate. So Yoo Ran, a 24 year old college graduate could not keep a full-time job after leaving college. This has changed now since she joined a bank initiative set by South Korea's Youth Union aimed to help reduce youth unemployment. "Up until June I was still looking for a job, but I couldn't find one I liked. So I started to volunteer at that Youth Solidarity Bank, in a sense to hang out. But now I get paid, doing something I love to do." Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul, South Korea.
