Nigeria may be rich in oil, but parts of the country are in the grip of a major petrol shortage. A disagreement between oil companies and the government has led to a halt in deliveries. Supplies across the whole nation are now threatened. Al Jazeera's Yvonne Ndege reports from Lagos.
