At least 18 people have died in Uganda as emergency teams have been searching through the wreckage caused by mudslides that buried three villages. Officials say the final toll could be in the hundreds. It happened in Bududa district on Mount Elgon close to the Kenyan border Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports.
